Chief Executive Officer
John Kalix spearheads SOC Telemed’s efforts to be the leader in the field of acute telemedicine by bringing highest quality of care, the best clinicians and the patients who need them, together using technology. He comes to SOC with more than 25 years of experience in healthcare. Most recently having served as EVP and Chief Operating Officer at North American Partners of Anesthesia (NAPA).
President / Chief Operating Officer
Hai Tran serves as President and COO, overseeing operational efficiency at SOC Telemed. He is committed to ensuring that SOC’s partners see measurable improvements in patient outcomes. He has over 20 years of experience as an executive, focusing on building growth-oriented organizations with public and private companies.
Chris Gallagher, M.D.
President, Access Physicians
Chris Gallagher, M.D., FACC is board-certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease and is a founder and has served as the CEO of Access Physicians since March 2011. Dr. Gallagher served as the Chief Medical Officer at CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital – Sulphur Springs from October 2012 through May 2017.
Chief Financial Officer
Chris Knibb serves as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing SOC Telemed’s financial operations to drive optimal fiscal outcomes for all stakeholders. Knibb brings to the role more than 25 years of experience in various financial leadership positions in high-growth private equity and large public companies.
R. Jason Hallock, MD, MMM
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Hallock leads the management of clinical and administrative strategy, ensuring that top-rated medical standards are met across all clinical specialties. Dr. Hallock is a strategic clinical and operational leader with over twenty years of experience within some of the nation’s most highly developed, clinically integrated networks.
Chief Technology Officer
Sean Banerjee is a technologist and a healthcare product simplification evangelist with 20 years of IT leadership experience in leading large IT software engineering shops in multiple successful healthcare tech startups.
Eunice Kim directs SOC Telemed’s legal strategy to enable compliant growth. She is committed to leading a best-in-class, high-performance legal team to ensure a business-enabling legal framework governs the company’s growth. With more than 20 years of in-house experience advising fast-paced global technology businesses, she brings trusted and results-oriented expertise.
Chief Revenue Officer
Sam Dvorchik leads strategic business development and marketing at SOC Telemed. Dvorchik is the former VP of Sales for Brightfield, one of the nation’s foremost workforce strategy and technology companies.
Chief Customer Officer
Ron Egan leads SOC Telemed’s client success and marketing organizations and is focused on superior client experiences, close partnerships, and organizational growth. Ron joins SOC after a long career at GE Healthcare, most recently having served as Vice President, North America for GE’s MRI business.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Stephanie Harris leads SOC Telemed’s people strategy and believes employee success drives organizational success. She is responsible for talent acquisition and development, total rewards, and succession planning, thereby enabling SOC Telemed’s growth trajectory and vision of transforming healthcare.
Executive Vice President, Care Delivery – Neurology & Psychiatry
Mauricio Sirvent has over 25 years of expertise leading and advising health care organizations with an emphasis on operational efficiencies. In his current role, he is focused on the strategic growth and alignment of the neurology and psychiatry service lines of SOC Telemed.
Eric R. Anderson, MD, PhD
Chair of Neurology
Dr. Eric Anderson leads SOC Telemed’s Neurology Council, which was created for the advancement of remote neurology care. The council includes a group of renowned board-certified neurologists who aim to set standards for industry leadership, patient care, outcome measurement, and overall quality.
William Krimsky, MD, FCCP
Chief of Critical Care
Specializing in the areas of critical care and internal chest medicine, Dr. Krimsky is triple board certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine in the areas of Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease, and Critical Care Medicine.
Alberto Peñalver, MD
Chief of Psychiatry
Dr. Peñalver received his M.D. from the University of Miami in 1985 prior to completing his residency through Jackson Memorial Medical Center and the University of Miami in 1989.
Anton Arbatov MHA, FACHE
Vice President, Revenue Cycle Management
Mr. Arbatov leads revenue cycle management, corporate compliance program, and government relations for SOC Telemed.

Robyn Baek leads the analytics team at SOC Telemed and has built a robust data-driven culture within the organization. She oversees clinical, operational, and financial data analyses, and communications across the organization to drive action and results.

Ms. Hoyecki leads the marketing, communications, and client advocacy strategy for SOC Telemed. Meg is an energetic and creative problem-solver that is driven to make a positive impact on healthcare transformation.
Rebecca Kish, LSSGB
Vice President, Provider Network Operations
Rebecca Kish oversees teams responsible for provider licensing, internal credentialing and privileging, client credentialing and privileging, and, most recently, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial credentialing and enrollment.
Vice President, Clinical Operations
Josh Randall’s focus is primarily short-term clinical staff planning and long-term clinical staff planning. Randall brings 13 years of expertise in telemedicine administration and offers strategic insight to clinical operations while maintaining the quality of clinical staff that makes SOC Telemed the industry leader.
Vice President, Operations
Jack Spradley is a decisive, results-oriented Healthcare Operations leader with extensive experience in creating innovative solutions for complex challenges and market changes. As Vice President of Operations, his role is to maintain quality and throughput related to consult management and assignments.
