Hammad Shah

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Shah oversees the corporate direction and strategy for SOC, and has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare leadership, serving in senior administrative, strategic and operational roles.

Hai Tran

Chief Financial Officer / Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Tran has over 20 years of experience as a financial executive with both public and private companies, focusing on building growth-oriented  organizations.

Til Jolly, MD, FACEP

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Jolly is a board certified emergency physician with 20 years of experience practicing in the Washington, D.C. area at both The George Washington University Hospital and Inova Fairfax Hospital.

Wayne Grodsky

Chief Growth Officer

Mr. Grodsky leads business development, marketing, and client success at SOC. With over 25 years of healthcare experience working with hospital systems, physician practices, health plans, and healthcare business partners, Wayne is focused on long-term and strategic partnerships at SOC.

Sean Banerjee

Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Banerjee is a technologist and a healthcare product simplification evangelist with 20 years of IT leadership experience in leading large IT software engineering shops in multiple successful healthcare tech startups.

Avrim Fishkind, MD

General Manager, Psychiatry

Dr. Fishkind is a past president of the American Association for Emergency Psychiatry.

Mauricio Sirvent

General Manager, Neurology

Mr. Sirvent is an experienced C-suite executive with more than 25 years of expertise leading and advising health care organizations with an emphasis on operational efficiencies.

Andy Barbash, MD

Chief of Neurology

Dr Barbash is a board-certified neurologist and serves as the current Chair of SOC’s neurology service. He completed medical school training at Northwestern University and Neurology at the Mayo Clinic.

Alberto Peñalver, MD

Chief of Psychiatry

Dr. Peñalver received his M.D. from the University of Miami in 1985 prior to completing his residency through Jackson Memorial Medical Center and the University of Miami in 1989.

William Krimsky, MD, FCCP

Chief of Critical Care

Specializing in the areas of critical care and internal chest medicine, Dr. Krimsky is triple board certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine in the areas of Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease, and Critical Care Medicine.

Anton Arbatov MHA, FACHE

Vice President, Revenue Cycle Management and Compliance

Mr. Arbatov leads revenue cycle management, corporate compliance program, and government relations for SOC Telemed.

Robyn Baek, PMP

Vice President, Analytics & Insights

Ms. Baek leads the analytics function at SOC and has built a strong data-driven culture within the firm, overseeing clinical, operational and financial data analyses and communications across the organization to drive actions and results.

Mr. Camic leads the people operations and culture initiatives at SOC, where we believe our people are key in supporting our vision to transform healthcare.

Mr. Cohen leads SOC Telemed’s growth team operations, which includes development support services, top-of-funnel pipeline creation, and advisory services for SOC partners designing enterprise telemedicine solutions.
